I am just about done with another boutonniere order (2 pieces are missing from the photo). I will be finishing up and shipping it out to San Diego on Monday :)

I am finishing up a custom bridal hairpiece for a lovely wedding in California. The bride-to-be contacted me wanting a one of a kind piece inspired by a hairpiece I created I couple months ago {view post here}. She wanted mustard yellow accents added to the ivory palette & I did just that!
It came out soo pretty! I love the mustard and ivory together!
This bridal piece is made up of ivory magnolia flower petals, 3 types of laces, small pearl accents, champagne and ivory goose feathers, gold skeleton leaves, ivory muslin with gold sparkles, mustard yellow fabic, & a crystal broach for the center.
I am also finishing up a detachable birdcage veil to go along with this flower hairpiece. I can't wait to send it off and see photos of the big day in April! :D

I FINALLY received my pearlized pink Littman stethescope in the mail after waiting 2 weeks of shipment for it!
I was going crazy because this little beauty wasn't cheap and I was afraid that I lost it forever!
I found out from the company that somehow this bad boy was sent all the way to New York before coming back to me in California...Oh! and it was sent out from California...so how it got all the way to the other side of the country and then all the way back to the state that it originally left beats me--but what I can say is, I'm excited that it's here and all I have to do now before starting nursing school in a few weeks is...alter my "small" scrubs! lol
On that note, have an awesome day filled with lots of productivity--or rest! :D

This morning, I sent out an order for 4 vintage-inspired boutonnieres to Ireland (I soo want to go there)!
I used champagne colored goose feathers, white marabou feathers, gold skeleton leaves, ivory lace with pearl beading, twine, and vintage buttons for these little beauties.
Here they are!!!
At the last minute, I decided to add an extra feather to the grooms piece so it stands out a bit more :)

I'm excited that they turned out so beautiful!
I am now finishing up 9 boutonnieres & 2 combs for a wedding in San Diego that are also inspired by this same piece.
As well as a hairpiece with accents of mustard yellow (love)for a wedding in Kingsburg, Ca. :)
It's a wonderfully busy crafty time for me!
